Brand new I and the Bird over at Ecobirder.
October was the best month ever at The Drinking Bird. Why? I have my suspicions.
Suspicion 1: I and the Bird
Suspicion 2: That deep undercurrent of undecided voting birders.
Suspicion 3: Big Year rivals eager to find out how I’m faring. (the answer? fair)
Suspicion 4: Birders angry with my toe stepping Booby rant.
Are any of these suspicions valid? Probably not, except maybe the first one. But that’s not for me to decide. It was a great month and one that will likely be surpassed by the next one.
Why? Stay tuned. There are exciting haps afoot.
