		<description><![CDATA[It wouldn&#039;t surprise me that these are common species farther north too.  As I understand it, for any of the real interesting southern specialties you have to go down south where the water is highly tannic and swampy.  Apparently there&#039;s some cool stuff down there.]]></description>
