Super Bowl Swag

New I and the Bird #94 at The Birder’s Report.

=======

I’ve already been extremely thorough in my Super Bowl of Birding reports. But there’s one last thing to announce before we stop looking back and start looking forward to next year.

As you may know if you followed us, Amy and Arthur from Birdorables created a super cool logo for the Bloggerhead Kingbirds. Unfortunately the idea of a logo came so late in our preparations that we weren’t able to get t-shirts or hats or anything made. But that has changed. This week I got my team gear.

Not bad, eh? You can find Bloggerhead Kingbird stuff from Cafepress. You don’t have to be on the team, and , let’s face it, if you’re a blogger you’re kind of already on it.

Now I’m totally ready for next year.

    I think I’ll just stick with my tattoo.

    Seriously though, you got the same thing I plan to get. I hope mine comes with binoculars too.

    @patrick- The bins were in the box with the shirt, just sitting in the bottom. I figure, don’t ask questions…

    Yay!
    Reviving the wisdom of ZZ Top, ey?

    You seem rather optimistic about next year’s winter weather though sporting the logo on a sweat shirt.

    @jochen- not even. It’s a long-sleeved t-shirt. I fully expect to be able to wear it without a coat next year.

    Oh.

    So, the bloggerhead kingbird team needs to number one above the minimum group size then, right?

    Just in case natural selection strikes during the race.

    Looks sharp. I hope mine comes with a scope or a 300mm F2.8 lens!
