October: Retrospecticus

Another month come and gone, let’s look back shall we?
I finally finished that look at the presidential candidates…
I followed the California Condor saga from beginning to happy ending…
I drank some bird beers and remembered most of it…
Looked at dead terns at the museum…
Beat the Ivory-bill dead horse…
Went birding, but what else would you expect…
After all that, there’s nobody left but us chickens.
Tomorrow starts out a brand new month with my first hosting of I and the Bird. Cross your fingers for me!
Also, my first of the season Dark-eyed Junco showed up at my feeders yesterday, attempts to photograph have thus far been unsuccessful.
